Abstract
El presente manual aborda la importancia estratégica que supone el llevar a cabo una estrategia integrada de comunicación online, dado el actual entorno en el que tanto empresas como consumidores se desenvuelven. A través de los diferentes capítulos, y con un enfoque muy práctico basado en ejemplos y casos reales, el lector puede profundizar y conocer las diversas opciones de comunicación que las nuevas herramientas online ponen a nuestro alcance.
