Abstract
After years of battles and treaties, the Spanish-Filipino, issue was resolved, finally, after the siege suffered for a year a small Spanish garrison in the town of Baler Convinced of the Spanish defeat in the country, give up and to surprise them, they are greeted at the exit of the shelter between homage and honor by the Filipino people, who recognized the value of the soldiers.
