Abstract
José Martí was a politician, journalist, writer, poet and committed. It was a revolutionary who always fought for the freedom of his country, created the Cuban Revolutionary party and in his writings, such as in abroad, he shows his love for Cuba. On May 19, 1895 died in battle for the liberation of Cuba.
