Abstract

For many Panamanians, Panama has always been a transit country. Through treaties, the U.S. is committed to preserving the security of the Canal in the event if needed. CEAC is created between the three countries to improve the channel with different alternatives. Panama still fighting for the total eradication of colonialism. He faces a double challenge, both upstream and downstream of political organization.
